Cora Restaurant & Bar and The Beach Hotel Broadbeach are seeking experienced Section Waiters for Cora, and Wait staff/Runners for The Beach Hotel and Event Staff for our private function room seating "The Club House".

Can you deliver an extremely high level of customer service with your own added twist of personality?

About You

You will have:

• Experience in table service restaurants (essential Cora)
• Experience working in a pub or cafe (essential the beach hotel)
• A proven ability to build a meaningful rapport with our guests
• A genuine focus and appreciation for quality service
• Minimum 3 plate carry experience
• Basic Wine and Spirit knowledge is required
• QLD RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
• Food Handlers Certificate

Hours of work:

• Cora is open Thursday to Saturday evenings, and Saturday lunch. School holidays we are open 7 days a week.
• The Club House is available to reserve 7 days a week
• The Public bar is Open 10am-late 7 days a week
• Hours available would best suit a candidate who is flexible to work a variety of shifts including day, nights and weekends.
• This is a casual position hours varying from 15-38 week to week, stable hours for a proven dedicated candidate.
