About The Role

As a Customer Service Operator, you will report to the Trade Store Manager, where you will be responsible for undertaking all administration tasks and direct customer service both over the phone, via E-mail and face to face

Some Tasks As Part Of This Role Include

Dealing with Customers face-to-face, via E-Mail & over the phoneAdministration duties including data entry and E-Mail managementPicking & Packing customer ordersRecord and report any customer complaints to the Trade Stores Manager regarding product and / or service via Knauf's complaint and customer proceduresAssist with stock take / inventory counts process to ensure accurate inventory records are maintainedGeneral warehouse duties & housekeeping when required
