Sales Representative / New Business – Queensland

Australian Mining Machinery (AMM), trading as Constek Industries, is a trusted provider of industrial and equipment solutions to customers across Australia. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Sales Representative / New Business professional to drive revenue growth and build strong, long-term client relationships across Queensland. This is a remote, field-based role ideal for a results-driven sales professional who enjoys autonomy, managing their own territory, and working towards clear sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

·         Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities

·         Promote AMM product and service solutions to new and existing customers

·         Build, maintain, and grow long-term customer relationships

·         Conduct face-to-face meetings and regular client visits

·         Manage a structured sales pipeline and call cycle

·         Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales

·         Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports

·         Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs

About You

·         Proven experience in a Sales Representative, Business Development, or similar B2B sales role

·         Strong relationship-building and communication skills

·         Confident presenting solutions and negotiating with customers

·         Highly organised with excellent time management and territory planning skills

·         Comfortable working remotely and independently

·         Target-driven with a strong focus on results and performance

·         Professional, reliable, and well-presented

·         Confident using Microsoft Office applications, CRM systems, and sales reporting tools

·         Current Australian driver’s licence

Industry or product knowledge can be taught – strong sales capability is essential.
