The opportunity
We are in the market for an experienced, full-time and qualified
Senior Community Development Officer. You are a passionate,
committed individual who enjoys the rewards of a good

To be successful in this role, you will
need:
- A degree level qualification relevant to the role
- Hold a current unrestricted “C-A” (Automatic)
or “C-B” (Manual) class national driver’s
licence - National Police Clearance dated less than 3 months old
- A minimum of three years’ previous experience in a
related role - Substantial experience in building community capacity by
facilitating effective outcomes within a diverse community,
utilising and delivering contemporary community development
practices - Demonstrated knowledge of place-based and asset based
community development principles and practices - Knowledge of, and experience in, community engagement.
