With a strong heritage, EMU Australia is one of the leading sheepskin footwear brands in the world with a presence in 70+ countries. EMU Australia's Warehouse Worker receives and stores goods inwards and picks and packs outbound shipments

Job tasks and responsibilities

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (pick, pack, label, load, ship for wholesale and online customers)

• Receive and process warehouse stock products (unload trucks, store stock)

• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits

• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation

• Report any discrepancies

• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers

• Operate and maintain preventively, warehouse vehicles and equipment

• Comply with procedures, rules and regulations

Skills and experience

• Proven working experience as a warehouse worker

• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods

• Good organisational and time management skills

• Able to multitask, prioritise and meet deadlines

• Ability to lift heavy objects

• Current forklift licence

• Stock picker licence is preferred but not essential

• Truck licence is preferred but not essential

• High school education

• Confident with computers
