Mercy Community Aged Care Services, are looking for compassionate Assistants in Nursing on a casual basis to join us at Loreto, our warm and welcoming 36 -bed facility in Townsville.

About the Role:

Guided by our Clinical Nurse Consultant and Registered Nurses, you’ll play an essential role in delivering person-centred care that makes a real difference in our residents’ daily lives.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting residents with personal care and daily living activities
• Helping with safe transfers using hoists or slide sheets
• Maintaining comfort and cleanliness in resident rooms
• Monitoring residents’ wellbeing and reporting any changes

About You:

• Certificate III in Individual Support – Aged Care (or equivalent)
• A warm, caring and compassionate nature
• A strong team player with a commitment to quality care
