Gough Recruitment is partnering exclusively with a respected real estate agency to appoint a Sales Manager for a unique opportunity in the Illawarra region.

This role is ideal for an experienced sales leader who thrives on coaching, strategy, and driving performance across multiple offices, without the requirement for personal sales.

The Opportunity
You will take a central leadership role in shaping sales performance, developing people, and embedding consistent standards across the business. This position focuses on coaching, strategy, and operational improvement across multiple offices.

You will work closely with sales managers and agents to enhance capability, improve results, and ensure the sales division operates efficiently and successfully.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor sales teams across multiple offices
• Coach sales managers and agents to improve productivity and results
• Drive sales performance, accountability, and consistency
• Implement effective sales systems, processes, and reporting
• Monitor KPIs, pipelines, and performance metrics
• Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance reviews
• Collaborate with leadership to support business objectives
• Represent the business professionally in the marketplace when required

About You

• Proven experience in senior real estate sales leadership
• Experience leading teams across multiple offices
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Commercially focused and performance-driven
• Deep understanding of residential real estate
• Current Real Estate Licence
