We are seeking a confident and reliable Internal Sales Consultant to join our team on the Central Coast.

Australian citizenship is required for this position.

This role has been created due to structural changes in our booking processes and IT systems, which have increased individual customer enquiries across digital channels.

This is an inbound role only — no cold calling. You will manage phone, email, and online enquiries and guide customers through our booking process using CRM, booking, and email marketing platforms.

Experience with CRM systems is required for this role.
