As the first point of contact for customers at Coates Singleton your number one goal will be to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service with their equipment solutions.

You’ll Enjoy Variety In Your Role Including

Delivering high-quality customer service in person, by phone, and email, with a strong focus on mine site safety and compliance requirementsPreparing hire schedules, quotes, and invoices in line with site standards and regulatory obligationsCoordinating equipment deliveries, transfers, pick-ups, repairs, and breakdowns, ensuring all activities meet mine site access, safety, and compliance requirementsWorking closely with customers, transport providers, and internal teams to ensure equipment is fit-for-purpose and compliant for mine site useYou may also occasionally need to assist customers and colleagues in the yard with loading equipment
