As a Field Service Technician (FST), you will actively engage with customers onsite, providing support through the ongoing inspection, maintenance, and servicing of Bullivants’ products. Our FSTs are hands-on and ensure product are functioning optimally and meeting the highest standards of safety and reliability.

About The Role

Support with on and off-site inspections of lifting equipment (including test and tag)Inspect and install height safety systems to the relevant standardsConduct regular maintenance and service repairs on product and equipmentBuild strong relationships with customers and provide relevant advice on quality products100% commitment to personal and business safetyAbility to liaise with and work on customer sites

About You

A demonstrated technical service experience within a manufacturing background preferredCustomer focus and the ability to develop strong client relationshipsAbility to work within a physically demanding roleClear written and verbal communicationAbility to work autonomously with a strong mechanical aptitudeExcellent problem solving and time management skillsRelevant tickets/licenses including Dogging AND Working at heights highly desirable

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity and will be based at Bullivants Townsville. Given the nature of the role, there will be the requirement for some travel to customer sites across the region.
