We are looking for a caring and dedicated cook who

As our Centre Cook, you’ll be the kitchen superstar behind happy tummies and smiling faces! With a sprinkle of creativity and a dash of care, you’ll whip up nutritious, child-friendly meals that fuel learning, laughter, and play. You’ll follow allergy-safe practices and maintain high kitchen compliance standards to ensure every child is safely and thoughtfully catered for. From culturally inspired dishes to comforting classics, every plate you serve helps little learners grow, thrive, and feel right at home.

What you’ll need:

  • Food Handling Certificate and Food Supervisor Certificate
  • Proven experience as a Childcare Cook
  • Certificate III in Cookery or similar qualifications
  • Current & Valid Working with Children Check
  • First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care and Manual Drivers Licence would also be highly regarded
  • Experience in Menu planning, budgeting, stock ordering & control
  • Experience in dietary and allergy safe requirements.
