Why You’ll Love This Role

As a Team Leader at BOUNCE, you’ll play a key role in the heartbeat of our venues—leading our Host crew, inspiring energy on the floor & delivering unforgettable experiences to every guest. You'll be the go-to for daily venue operations, keeping the vibe high and standards even higher.

To be successful in this role, you would thrive on motivating, developing and mentoring crew members to consistently deliver an awesome experience. Possessing interpersonal and team building skills, you have a positive and energetic cultural impact on the team and promote our engaging environment. 

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Support and motivate our Host crew to deliver legendary customer experiences every shift.

• Be a role model for safety, energy & positivity, ensuring every interaction reflects the BOUNCE spirit.

• Manage daily venue operations—breaks, rosters, open/close duties, floor flow & till operations.

• Step up during peak periods—get hands-on on the floor or at the tills to keep things running smoothly.

• Lead with culture—promote progression, recognition, and “Always On” feedback.

• Coach and develop your team—help build confidence, skills, and careers beyond BOUNCE.

What You Bring to the Team

• Natural leadership—you inspire those around you and lead by example.

• A passion for people—supporting, developing, and energising young crew members.

• Experience in fast-paced environments (hospitality, recreation, retail, or similar).

• Strong communication & time management skills, with a cool head under pressure.

• Availability across weekends and peak periods.

• Working With Children Check & First Aid (or willingness to obtain).
