Position: Scheduler - Bulk Haulage

Hind’s Group specialises in transport and logistics across Western Australia, focusing on material supply. Products include, but not limited to, sand, stone, soils, and mulch. Other services we provide, include earthmoving services and Brick and Block transport.

With over 70 staff and contractors and more than 40 years' combined expertise, our team efficiently operates a fleet of 50+ vehicles.

Due to ongoing growth and customer demand, we are seeking an experienced Scheduler to coordinate daily fleet movements and support operations.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Plan, allocate and schedule bulk haul jobs for drivers

·         Monitor job progress, manage delays & equipment issues in real time

·         Liaise with customers, loading facilities & site supervisors

·         Work closely with Operations, Maintenance & Compliance teams to ensure

equipment availability and efficient fleet utilisation.

About you:

·         Experience in bulk haulage, transport scheduling or fleet coordination

·         Strong communication & problem-solving abilities

·         Ability to manage multiple moving parts under pressure

·         Solid computer skills and familiarity with scheduling or logistics software

·         High Attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward Safety and Compliance
