At All Hours Tile and Grout, we specialise in all aspects of tile and grout rejuvenation. From shower re-grouting to sealing, caulking, and tile restoration, our goal is to bring tired bathrooms and tiled areas back to life. We take pride in delivering exceptional workmanship and customer service to both residential and commercial clients.

We are currently seeking a Technician with skills in re-grouting, sealing, and caulking. This role is perfect for someone experienced in tiling ( Not essential) who may be looking to reduce their workload but still wants to perform quality work, around 15-25+ hours a week. Please note that this is not full-time hours. Some weeks will be more than others This role WILL not be 38hours +

Key Responsibilities:

• Carefully removing old grout and Silicone from showers, baths, and other tiled areas
• Preparing surfaces and applying new high-quality epoxy grout and silicone for a watertight, seamless finish
• Maintaining a clean and organised workspace throughout each project
• Self-motivated and able to work without supervision
• Providing excellent customer service, answering client questions, and ensuring satisfaction

About You:

• Experience in tiling or shower re-grouting (preferred but not essential—full training will be provided) Would suit anyone with trade or handy man expeiance
• Reliable vehicle suitable for carrying tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Proficiency with tools and equipment for grout and Silicone removal/application
• A good eye for aesthetics and achieving visually appealing finishes
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Valid driver’s licence.

Experience in tiling is not essential.

Who This Role Would Suit
This role is ideal for someone who is practical, hands-on, and enjoys working with tools. It would particularly suit a handyman-type person or anyone with experience in general trade work.
Would suit a semi-retired person or someone on a student or Holiday visa wanting to work in the trade with a day off to attend TAFE.
