Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for people, performance, and service? Followmont Transport is looking for a dynamic Branch Manager to take the reins of our Moranbah operations and drive excellence across every aspect of the branch.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead and manage branch operations with a focus on safety, compliance, and service excellenceInspire and guide your team, fostering a culture of accountability and professionalismDrive performance through clear KPIs and continuous improvementBuild trusted relationships with customers, resolving issues with confidence and careManage budgets and P&L, identifying opportunities for efficiency and growthChampion safety and compliance across all aspects of the operationExpand our local market presence through strategic thinking and community engagement

What You’ll Bring

Proven leadership experience in transport, logistics, or depot/branch managementStrong knowledge of transport regulations, safety standards, and operational complianceA hands-on, people-first approach to leadershipFinancial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&LExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsForklift Licence – mandatoryHR Licence or willingness to obtain (we’ll support you with training)Tech-savvy with MS Office and logistics systems experience
