About Our Client

Our leading global mining and resource client is Australia's largest producer and supplier of seaborne metallurgical coal. With over 100 years of operation within Australia, they mine metallurgical coal across seven sites within their Queensland Operations in the Bowen Basin.

What You Will Be Doing

You will apply strong financial acumen to review PO spend trends, balance monthly overtime, reconcile credit cards and prepare monthend accruals, while managing timely accounts payable processing. Your role includes contractor management such as verifying swipe data, validating rates, costing invoices and supporting onboarding.

Youll also provide general administration by coordinating LVs and supervisors for scheduled maintenance, arranging LV servicing and travel, and maintaining accurate data entry. In addition, you will handle training administration to ensure documentation is complete, skills are current and onboarding requirements are met.

Please note that this is a relief role until mid-April with an immediate start. This role is available for local and DIDO candidates.

What You Will Need

Microsoft Excel and SAP experience essential You will need to have obtained a Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical or be willing to attain thisCurrent Drivers License & right to work in AustraliaThe ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol test
