About the role
At Rock & Redgum, we are seeking a Casual Driver to join our team. This is a casual position based in Dromana, Victoria, offering flexible work arrangements. The position will be three to four days per week including a Saturday with availability for extra hours and overtime.

What you'll be doing

• Safely operating a tip truck to transport materials and equipment to and from job sites

• Driving all vehicles in the fleet, from the small tippers through to the truck & trailers

• Conducting pre-operation checks and ensuring the vehicle is well-maintained

• Loading and unloading the truck as required

• Adhering to all relevant safety regulations and company policies

• Providing excellent customer service to clients

• Maintaining accurate records and documentation

What we're looking for

• A current heavy vehicle driver's licence; MUST HAVE HR minimum (HC ideal)

• Minimum of 3-5 years experience operating tip trucks or similar heavy vehicles is required - references required and contacted

• Strong knowledge of road rules and safe driving practices

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Australian work rights are required for this position.
