What We’re Looking For:

• Responsibilities:

• Food preparation, plating, and presentation to ensure a seamless dining experience.

• Exhibit culinary expertise in executing diverse menus for weddings, conferences, fine dining, and other special events.

• Assist with inventory management, ordering, and maintaining food quality standards. 

• Assist with menu planning and development, offering creative input to enhance our culinary offerings.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a chef in upscale dining establishments or catering operations.

• Culinary qualifications or certifications from a recognised culinary institution.

• Leadership abilities with a focus on team collaboration and development.

• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
