Link Resources is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) servicing Heavy Industry. Link Resources is committed to fostering growth by being customer obsessed and ensuring compliance is maintained. We currently operate facilities in Queensland, Tasmania, Victoria & South Australia and provide services Nationally. We are recruiting a Data Entry & Administration Assistant based in our Sunshine Coast (Warana) facility. 

What the roles involve?

The Data Entry & Administration Assistant reports to the Quality & Compliance Manager and performs the following functions:

Student Enrolments

  • Issue Statements of Attaiments and Certifiactes of Attendance for all completed Enrolments.

  • Enter and update student information into the RTO's student management system.

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of data to facilitate the enrolment process.

  • Liaise with trainers and students to gather incomplete information as required

Student Records

  • Retain student records in line with required timelines and procedures

  • Ensure all necessary records are archived correctly, are accessible and meet regulatory standards.

  • Assist with the disposal of student records in line with guidelines and regulations

Reporting

  • Populate scheduled reports with required course and student details/information 

  • Present reports to Q&C Manager with no data discrepancies or inconsistencies

Communication:

  • Liaise with trainers, assessors, and administrative staff to gather information and clarify data-related inquiries.

  • Communicate effectively to ensure smooth data flow and accurate record-keeping.

  • Actively participate in team meetings, professional development and other related activities arranged by Link Resources

Other Tasks

  • Provide administrative support and assistance to Q&C Team including, scanning, formatting, document control and electronic filing.

  • Assist in answering incoming calls promptly in a professional and courteous manner

  • Assist in keeping the facilities clean & tidy at all times

The right person will have/be (essential criteria):

  • Minimum Year 12 or equivalent

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and follow up

  • Organised and able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Ability to work to time constraints
