Child Care Worker At JELLY TOTS EARLY LEARNING CENTRES PTY LTD, we are looking for a full time (at least 38 hours per week) skilled Child Care Worker to perform the following duties: Responsibilities

• Coordinating supplies and setting up interactive stations to facilitate playful learning experiences for kids
• Encouraging positive peer interactions and supporting emotional growth through conflict resolution techniques
• Designing creative workshops and organizing group experiences tailored to enhance developmental milestones
• Engaging young minds by narrating stories and facilitating imaginative play sessions
• Overseeing children's involvement in structured leisure events to ensure safety and engagement
• Monitoring children's schedules and ensuring smooth transitions between daily segments like meals and naps
• Guiding children through personal care routines to foster habits in cleanliness and self-care

Requirements

• Relevant Qualification or 3 years of experience in lieu of the qualification.
• The right candidate will have at least 1 year of experience
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Confident manner.
• Positive approach to change.
