Who are we looking for?

Sigma Aerospace is seeking two detail-oriented and experienced Technical Records Officers for permanent opportunities within a large rotary fleet operation — one role based in Cooroy and the other in Marcoola, QLD.

Reporting to the HAAMC, you'll ensure accurate and timely processing of aircraft and engine records, supporting the ongoing airworthiness, scheduling, and regulatory compliance of a diverse fleet.

About The Role

This is a Monday to Friday, permanent full-time position. You’ll work with Aeronet to manage component records, logbooks, maintenance tracking, flight hour data, and airworthiness documentation across a fleet that includes:

B214B, B214ST, B206, B204, B47, AS365 N2/3 & AS355

Key Responsibilities

Maintain aircraft and component technical records in AeronetCompile and process work packs for scheduled maintenanceManage defects, MEL codes, logbook entries, component changesMonitor and validate aircraft hours, cycles, and usage trendsPrepare maintenance release documentation for engineer sign-offSupport audits, technical publications, and document retention schedulesAssist in maintaining effective airworthiness and reliability programs

What You’ll Need:

Experience in technical records or maintenance administrationFamiliarity with Aeronet or similar maintenance softwarePrior experience in aviation, ideally in a rotary environmentStrong administrative skills and attention to detailCurrent Driver’s LicenceAbility to obtain an ASIC
