We are looking for reliable, motivated and positive all-rounders to work across weekdays and weekends.

Our café is fast-paced and dynamic, and we value people who are adaptable, efficient, and strong team players.

About the Role

As an All-Rounder, you’ll rotate across a variety of duties to help the café run smoothly, including:

• Greeting customers with a smile and taking orders (POS)

• Preparing coffee and cold drinks (barista skills – training provided)

• Serving food & drinks to tables and ensuring great customer experience

• Light food prep, plating, and general cleaning

• Opening and closing duties (setting up, pack-down, end-of-day checks)

• Problem solving on the spot and supporting the team during busy periods

Everyone, including senior baristas, contributes to all-rounder duties — we work as one team.
