The Role

Reporting to the Corporate Systems and
Database Coordinator and based in Windsor NSW, this position provides technical
support, system development and implementation for Council’s corporate financial
and works and assets systems including system administration and end-user
support. The position supports system development and implementation, validates
stakeholder business needs, and delivers efficient IT solutions, whilst supporting
end-users to maximise system benefits, facilitate process improvements, and
contribute to training and documentation.

About You

You are a proactive, adaptable professional with strong
communication and interpersonal skills, able to manage competing priorities,
implement change, and deliver solutions while maintaining professionalism,
reliability, and confidentiality.

Essential Criteria

  • Tertiary qualifications in Information
    Technology or IT Certification or relevant work experience
  • Minimum of 3-5 years working with TechnologyOne
    Core Enterprise Suite
  • Proven ability to identify and deliver IT
    process improvements
  • Strong process planning, project management
    and facilitation skills and experience
  • Demonstrated experience and sound understanding
    of financial systems and processes
  • IT Operating experience including corporate
    application development and support
  • Working
    knowledge of SQL with the ability to interpret and write SQL code
  • Advanced Microsoft Access skills, including
    ODBC and query development
  • ERP application support experience
  • The right to live and work in Australia
  • Class C Drivers Licence
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • Successful applicants will be required to
    undergo background (police) checks and medical declaration
