About the Role
As a Corporate Host, you will be entrusted with delivering a seamless and sophisticated experience for corporate and VIP guests at one of the most exciting international sporting and entertainment events coming to the Gold Coast.

You’ll be more than a greeter, you’ll act as a trusted guide, a calm problem-solver, and a polished ambassador, representing the event and ensuring every guest interaction is exceptional.

Location- Cbus Super Stadium - Centreline Place, Robina QLD 4226

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome VIP and corporate guests with professionalism and poise
• Provide clear, confident directions and event guidance
• Monitor access to restricted or premium areas
• Serve alcoholic beverages on occasion, if required, in line with RSA requirements
• Assist venue and hospitality teams to ensure smooth operations
• Represent Spark and our clients with excellence at all times

Requirements

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• A natural ability to make others feel comfortable and valued
• A professional, well-groomed appearance
• Previous experience in events, hospitality, or front-of-house roles
• Reliability, adaptability, and strong situational awareness
