Leader Group is expanding, and we are looking for an experienced Boiler Maker to be part of our dynamic team!

This role is crucial to delivering high-quality service and maintenance across our fleet in QLD and NSW. Our operation delivers bulk earthworks, Detailed excavation, Rehabilitation and Infrastructure and roadworks for residential, industrial, and commercial sectors. With our rapid growth, 2026 promises to be one of our most successful years, making this an exciting time to join us.

Ideally we are after a candidate with experience in fabrication and maintenance accross heavy industrial equipment and ancillary equipment that has experience

• Reading drawings, and determining product or job instructions and specifications.

• Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment, and experience in Plasma cutting and air arc gouging

• Investigate, identify and rectify defects

• Detect faulty operation of equipment and/or defective materials or products and notify supervisors.

• Ensure all work is carried out to quality and specification requirements and that documentation is completed on time.

We will move quickly to get the candidate ready to take on this role, enabling them to build a team around them, and build a greater strategy for our Civil & Mining division.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in your feild

• Ability to work alone, or as a member of a team

• Excellent communication skills

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Experience in mentoring and supporting colleagues.
