As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated and detail-orientated Accounts Payable (AP) Support Officer to join our busy finance team in Woolner. This role is ideal for a recent accounting graduate or an individual looking to develop their career in financial administration.

The Role
As part of the Accounts Team, you will be responsible for keying in and processing a large volume of data into Dynamics 365, assisting the Finance Department.Â
This position is:
·        Full time, averaging 38 hours a week, Monday to Friday
·        Onsite role
·        Has an immediate start
·        Salary dependent on experience and knowledge
Duties/Responsibilities
·        Data entry to support AP functions
·        Review supplier / payable invoices against purchase orders
·        Review POD receipts / purchases
·        Attend, investigate and resolve account queries and issues
·        Review, reconciling and batching statements / invoices ready for creditor payment runs
·        Prepare and reconcile reports for end of month processing
·        Other adhoc data entryÂ
·        Support the accounts team, reporting to the Finance Department
Skills/Competencies Required
·        Have excellent phone manners
·        Have experience in cultivating relationships, focusing on good outcomes
·        Have experience in using computer systems, MS office, namely Outlook emails, Word and Excel
·        Be proficient in the English language and have great writing, reading and speaking skills
·        Be able to work in a robust and fast-paced environment
·        Have a sense of humour
·        Be reliable, punctual and have initiative
·        Have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
·        Have full working rights in Australia
·        Having experience in the food industry is highly considered
