As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Full-Time Lead Designer & Production Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role

Working closely with our engineering team, you will:

• Develop and refine product designs from concept through to production
• Coordinate design updates to support manufacturing and continuous improvement
• Produce accurate, well-documented design outputs to support production

About You

You're:

• Enthusiastic, proactive and passionate — with a genuine interest in the environment
• Experienced in CAD and 3D modelling, particularly Solid Works
• Bonus (not essential): experience in Industrial Design
• No degree required - relevant, hands-on experience matters most
