• You’re confidently generating new opportunities — from database calls to door knocking and letterbox drops — with energy and professionalism.
• You become a familiar face in the community, showing up at neighbourhood events and building genuine connections.
• You assist with market appraisals, inspections, and day-to-day sales tasks.
• Buyers, sellers, and teammates love working with you because you communicate clearly, stay organised, and keep everyone in the loop.
• Your admin and CRM skills are on point — clean records, accurate data, zero loose ends.
• You collaborate effortlessly with the team, bringing enthusiasm, initiative, and fresh ideas to the table.

Who We’re Looking For

• Ambitious, driven, motivated — someone who brings big energy and wants to succeed
• A self-starter who’s serious about building a real career (not just a job) in Real Estate
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Confident, sociable, and great at building relationships
• Holds a current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration
• Has a valid driver’s licence
