What you’ll be doing

• Handling phone and in-person enquiries for property management

• Responding to tenant and landlord enquiries with professionalism and clarity

• Coordinating and hosting open homes and private inspections

• Assisting applicants through the application and lease process

• Performing administrative tasks to help the property management team operate smoothly

• Supporting marketing initiatives and property listings

What we’re looking for

• Current QLD Certificate of Registration (essential)

• Some experience in real estate, administration, customer service, or other transferable roles

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Professional, proactive, and solution-focused

• Passionate about building a career in real estate
