The Kinder Garden – Hill Top is looking for a full-time Childcare Trainee to join our friendly, supportive team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn, gaining hands-on experience while completing your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.

About the role
You’ll work with children aged 0–5 years in our 40-place long day care centre. You’ll support children’s learning, play and development while being mentored by experienced educators and leaders. Your Certificate III will be completed alongside real-world, on-the-job experience.

About you
You’re enthusiastic, reliable and genuinely interested in working with young children. You have a positive attitude, enjoy working as part of a team and are keen to learn. No prior experience is required – just the right mindset and commitment. Experience with young children in some capacity is favourable. Must have paid working with children check.
