Pause Button is a new cafe opening this March in Coomera. and we’re looking for experienced, passionate hospitality professionals to join our founding team.

We are hiring for full-time, part-time, and casual positions across both Back of House and Front of House.

AVAILABLE POSITIONS

 BACK OF HOUSE

• Head Chef – menu leadership, kitchen management

• Sous Chef – support kitchen operations & service

• Chef / Cook – prep, service & consistency

• Kitchen Hand – prep, cleaning & support

 FRONT OF HOUSE

• Supervisor – team leadership & management, service standards

• Head Barista – menu leadership, specialty coffee experience 

• Barista – specialty coffee experience, cold beverages making 

• All-rounder – customer service, coffee & floor support

• Junior all-rounder – weekend customer service, coffee & floor support

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven cafe / hospitality experience

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Reliability, professionalism & attention to detail

• Weekend availability preferred
