As the Home Site Supervisor, in Bundaberg, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional support to our clients with both physical and psycho-social disabilities. As a dynamic leader, you will guide and inspire a dedicated team to deliver person-centered care within our Home Service (SIL). Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, coordinate individualised care plans, and foster a collaborative environment that empowers both team members and our much-loved clients.

Duties Will Include

Supporting the financial performance of the Home Service site through effective management of operating expenditure in line with budget Ensuring team member awareness of each individual requirementProviding support that aligned to the person’s plans, goals and any other requirements, including but not limited to all aspects of personal hygiene and living skills to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment is providedDelivering and encouraging others in the accurate documentation of all activities to ensure an accurate audit trail and maintenance of progress notes

What You Can Bring To The Team

Experience in the Disability sector, with complex behaviours and mental health challenges is essential to be considered for this role and relevant qualifications in this field will be highly regarded. Experience with Dementia Care would be highly regarded. Experience supervising site operations and delivering services aligned with organisational policies and procedures. Proven interpersonal and communication skills and ability to grow relationships with team members and stakeholders. Problem solving skills, to successfully identify problems, develop solutions and implement these using a logical and systematic approach. A Certificate III in Disability and/or Certificate III in Individual Support will be highly regarded. Availability to work some weekends and overnights where requiredHold or be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check (Blue Card), NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card), First Aid, CPR, National Criminal History Check (Fit2Work), and an open Driver's License with comprehensive insurance on your vehicle
