Your Role

You’re an experienced and detail-oriented Administration Manager. This role combines administrative management with finance, basic payroll responsibilities with 3 direct reports. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and have a passion for precision, this opportunity is for you.

Your Key Responsibilities

You will oversee financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.You will manage basic payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payments to employees.Collaborate with the finance team to maintain financial records and prepare reports.Supervise a team of 3 direct reports administrative staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Handle correspondence, document management, and office supplies.Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and office events.You are a collaborative and supportive team member.

Who We’re Looking For

Experience as an Office Manager or similar role.Strong understanding of finance and payroll processes.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
