About The Role
In this role, you will travel across our poultry sites to ensure safe, consistent, and compliant operations. You’ll collaborate closely with our Biosecurity & Animal Welfare Manager and Farm Managers to support best practices. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Supporting the implementation of biosecurity and animal welfare programs across farmsConducting routine audits and inspections of facilities and processesPreparing reports, identifying risks, and following up on corrective actionsMonitoring flock health and escalating concerns promptlyHelping standardise procedures and documentation across all sitesAssisting with training farm personnel on welfare and biosecurity complianceMaintaining accurate and detailed activity records
What We’re Looking For
Excellent communication, training, and coordination skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to identify potential risksSound judgement and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work both independently and within a teamProficiency in Microsoft Office and record-keeping systemsFlexibility to travel between farm sites regularly. This role will require interstate travel.
