von Bibra Auto Group is one of Queensland’s most established automotive groups, representing multiple leading brands across the Gold Coast. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a driven and commercially minded Fleet Sales Executive to expand and manage our fleet and business-to-business portfolio.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, outbound and relationship-focused role responsible for generating and managing fleet sales across small, medium, and large business clients.

You will:

  • Proactively source and develop new fleet and business opportunities

  • Manage relationships with existing fleet customers

  • Prepare and present tailored vehicle solutions across multiple brands

  • Work closely with manufacturers, finance, and internal departments

  • Coordinate tender responses, quotes, and delivery timelines

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting

This role suits someone who enjoys autonomy, accountability, and building long-term commercial relationships.

About You

You will ideally have:

  • Proven experience in fleet, B2B, or commercial vehicle sales (automotive preferred)

  • Strong prospecting and negotiation skills

  • High-level communication and presentation ability

  • Confidence dealing with business owners, fleet managers, and procurement teams

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • A valid driver’s licence

Fleet accreditation experience is an advantage but not essential.
