Darwin Mazda is a brand new state of the art Automotive Dealership located in Berrimah. We are a proud family owned company in Australia’s Top End, who are currently seeking 1st year Apprentices to join our highly talented and fast paced Service Team. 

About the role

Fantastic opportunity to start or specialise your automotive career being trained in the Mazda product.

• Some of the duties include:
  Assist with service, diagnosis and repair of cars
  Test/ repair/ replace broken or defective vehicle parts
• Carry out workshop and apprentice duties allocated by the Workshop Supervisor
• Assist mechanics and receive quality training one on one training
• Engine tuning
• Maintain clean and organised workshop
• Assist other mechanics with day to day duties

Position Requirements:

• A passion for Motor Industry; Mechanically minded
• Desire to attain a Trade Qualification or already be a 1st Year Apprentice
• A desire to meet, achieve & exceed goals
• Ability to build relationships and work well under pressure.
• Willingness to commit to study requirements and Trade school attendance
• Current Drivers Licence
• Excellent Time-Management skills
