Journey 2 Learn Ltd is a not-for-profit organisation that is committed to empowering Autistic/Neurodivergent children to excel in the realm of education. Our mission is twofold: to enable these children to actively participate in mainstream educational settings on equal footing with their peers and to nurture their growth towards greater independence, confidence, and community engagement. 

Nestled within Reedy Creek, our purpose-built Learning Centre serves as a crucial transitional space, bridging the gap between our Centre and mainstream educational environments. Here, students are equipped with the essential skills they need for their educational journey ahead. 

Position Overview 

We are seeking dedicated individuals who share our passion for supporting children with additional needs. Our focus primarily centres on children aged 4 to 13 years with ASD/ADHD diagnoses, necessitating one-to-one support to unlock their full educational potential. 

Positions Available 

We have casual positions available 

For a casual position, Journey 2 Learn pay from $31.19 up to $35.15 (dependent on qualifications/experience).

Applicant Requirements 

Applicants must possess a genuine interest in education and working with neurodivergent children.
Candidates with experience in childcare or support roles within early years education will be highly regarded, as will those who hold a Bachelor of Psychological Science

Role Description
