Building Manager – Gold Coast, QLD

Meriton is Australia’s leading apartment developer, having delivered close to 80,000 award-winning apartments, including some of the tallest residential towers on the east coast. We are seeking a proactive and professional Building Manager to join our Gold Coast team and take ownership of a residential building.

The role

As a Building Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the completed building, ensuring it is well presented, compliant and efficiently run. You will be the key on-site point of contact for residents and contractors, managing issues proactively and maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing daily building operations

• Coordinating maintenance and managing contractors

• Conducting regular building and safety inspections

• Responding to resident enquiries and issues professionally

• Ensuring compliance with Body Corporate and safety requirements

About you

You will bring:

• 1–2 years’ experience in building or property management

• Sound knowledge of Body Corporate and strata processes

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• A customer-focused and proactive approach

• Availability to work Saturdays (4 hours) and respond to occasional after-hours issues
