About the Role:

Logan Architectural Finishing (LAF) is seeking a reliable Production Employee to join our powder coating factory at Tuggerah.

 This is a hands-on factory role involving unloading and batching aluminium profiles from a production line into pallets. The work is physical and repetitive and suits someone who is consistent, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a production environment.

 Key responsibilities

·         Unloading aluminium profiles from the production line

·         Batching and stacking material onto pallets/stillages

·         Maintaining quality and handling standards

·         Following safe work practices and established processes

·         Working as part of a production team

About you

·         Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive manual work

·         Reliable with strong attendance and punctuality

·         Willing to learn and follow processes

·         Good attention to detail and quality

·         Positive attitude and team-focused

·         Able to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing

Desirable (not essential)

·         Forklift licence

·         MR licence
