The Opportunity

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Territory Manager to lead and grow our Tasmanian market and join one of Australia's leading and fastest‑growing Health & Beauty Distributors,

This is a part‑time role (3 days per week) with regional travel each cycle. You'll manage an established territory, build strong pharmacy partnerships, and drive growth across a diverse portfolio of cosmetic and health brands. You will require strong planning and organisation skills and have experience in multi brand selling.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Territory Manager, you'll be hands‑on, strategic, and customer‑focused. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong, long‑term relationships with pharmacy customers

  • Planning, scheduling, and executing effective call cycles and customer visits

  • Developing and executing tailored business plans for key accounts

  • Selling with confidence using data, insights, and clear points of difference

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities within existing and new customers

  • Executing merchandising standards, including core ranging and planograms

  • Working autonomously while contributing positively to a collaborative team culture

Key Criteria For Success

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in the pharmacy industry

  • Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales and budget targets

  • Strong knowledge of compliance and industry requirements

  • A customer‑first mindset with a commitment to service excellence

  • Solid understanding of sales cycles and territory planning

  • Confidence using IT ordering systems, Microsoft Office and Excel

  • Strong presentation, communication, and problem‑solving skills

  • Ability to work harmoniously within a team
