We are seeking experienced Garden Maintenance Horticulturists and Garden Maintenance Labourers to join our growing team:

About the role:

Garden Maintenance Horticulturist:

  • Perform garden maintenance including pruning, mulching, weeding, and fertilising.
  • Plant, transplant, and care for a variety of plants.
  • Monitor plant health and apply horticultural knowledge to maintain vibrant landscapes.
  • Liaise with clients and team members to ensure high standards are met.

Garden Maintenance Labourer:

  • Perform general garden maintenance including mowing, edging, weeding, mulching, and site clean‑ups.
  • Assist with basic planting and pruning under supervision.
  • Use and maintain garden tools and equipment safely.

About you:

  • Proven experience in similar role
  • Qualified in Horticulture or related field (Horticulturist role only)
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, in all weather conditions
  • Sound knowledge of horticulture and soft landscaping
  • Drivers licence 
  • White Card
