Responsibilities Of The Electrical Supervisor

Lead, direct, plan and coordinate site electrical works, including field staff and subcontractorsEnsure project targets, schedules, and quality requirements are met or exceededBuild and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and external stakeholdersEnsure compliance with statutory requirements, company procedures, utilities, and local government regulationsWork closely with the Project Management team to align construction activities with the project programLiaise with public authorities regarding services, permits, and works in public areas

Relevant Experience Required

Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor on energy, renewables, power, or major infrastructure projectsStrong site-based leadership experience managing subcontractors and field crewsSolid understanding of construction processes, safety systems, and quality requirementsAbility to work collaboratively with project management and delivery teamsWillingness to relocate to the site for the duration of the projectFull working rights with no restrictions
