A well‑established organisation is seeking an experienced HR / People and Culture professional to support the delivery of contemporary, compliant and people‑focused HR services. This role contributes to People and Culture strategies by providing practical advice to leaders and employees across a broad range of employment matters.
Your new roleÂ
You will support employee relations processes, investigations and concern resolution, coordinate employment and performance review processes, and assist with enterprise agreement and award application activities. The role manages workers compensation and return to work programs, supports employees following workplace injury, and contributes to wellbeing, health and safety initiatives. You will also maintain HR systems, files and records, collate and analyse workforce and exit data, prepare high quality reports and support HR projects, audits and continuous improvement activities. Relief support for learning and development functions will be required from time to time.
What you'll need to succeedÂ
To succeed, you will hold a qualification in Human Resources or equivalent experience, with sound knowledge of contemporary HR practices and employment legislation. Strong communication, relationship building and problem‑solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a client focused environment. Experience supporting broad HR functions, systems and compliance requirements is highly regarded.
