Based on the Gold Coast, we provide high-quality air conditioning installations and services to clients across Gold Coast, Brisbane, and Ipswich.

We are currently seeking a full-time apprentice/trade assistant to join our team. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with a company where they are genuinely valued, not just a number. We would be happy to consider mature aged applicants for this role.

About the Role:

You will be working alongside experienced technicians on a variety of jobs including:

• Split system installations (new & existing homes)

• Residential Ducted Installations (new & existing homes)

• Maintenance and servicing

• Fault finding and basic diagnostics

• Assisting with installs, pipe runs, and commissioning

• Maintaining a clean and safe worksite

What We’re Looking For:

This position involves new installations and replacements giving you hands-on experience with a variety of HVAC systems. You will primarily be working on wall-split units, with occasional opportunities to install and replace ducted systems.

• 2nd, 3rd, 4th year Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Apprentice, or Trade Assistant experience

• Genuine interest in the air conditioning and refrigeration industry

• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn

• Excellent communication skills and positive attitude

• White Card (or willing to obtain)

• Open driver’s licence preferred

• Own vehicle
