Assistant Venue Manager (2 Positions)

We’re looking for an energetic, hands‑on Assistant Venue Manager who loves creating great customer experiences and keeping a venue running smoothly. If you’re a natural leader who enjoys a bit of variety in your day, this could be the perfect fit.
What you’ll do
- Keep the venue running when the Venue Manager is off-site
- Make sure our customer service is friendly, consistent, and top‑notch
- Help us hit monthly sales targets and stick to budgets
- Lead the team on safety and risk management
- Look after gaming and liquor compliance, plus end‑of‑month reporting (when required)
- Keep the venue clean, tidy, and looking its best
- Support and motivate staff so they enjoy their work and stay productive
- Make sure all reporting systems are updated accurately and on time
- Assist with marketing, promotions, and in‑venue events
Who you are
- A confident, positive team leader (minimum 2 years’ experience)
- Someone who enjoys working with people
- Good under pressure and comfortable juggling tasks
- Keen to grow your skills in hospitality management
