Employment at Piccolo Me is not like any other café store. Our baristas work goes beyond handcrafting a perfectly made beverage. It is about creating genuine moments of connection with our customers and making a difference in their day.

OUR BARISTAS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Delivering exceptional customer service
• Providing high quality beverages and food products
• Maintaining a clean and comfortable work environment

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Right attitude – high energy levels, hardworking, reliable, honest, passionate, always welcoming and smiling to customers
• Ability to work as part of a positive and close knit team
• Well presented, communication skills and time management skills
• Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience preferred
• Can speak English fluently and must be in Australia for at least 12 months

AVAILABILITY

• The successful candidate must be available to work the following times:
• Monday to Friday, open and close shifts, 30 to 40 hours a week
