Trinity Petroleum Services is a locally owned and operated petroleum company with 16 fuel and convenience retail outlets across Queensland. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who love inspiring others and delivering exceptional customer experiences to work with us at our Sheridan Street site.

Our Sheridan Street site is a 7 day a week, 24 hour operation therefore flexibility to work across store trading hours, including weekends, evenings and nights, is essential.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Operating the point-of-sale console
• Food preparation and hygiene
• Providing friendly, personalised customer service
• Handling cash and processing transactions accurately
• Merchandising and maintaining stock levels
• Keeping the store clean, safe, and welcoming

What We’re Looking For:

• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Experience in a similar retail or customer service role
• Physically capable of lifting and moving stock (up to 20 kg)
• Outstanding communication and teamwork skills
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Impeccable presentation and professional attitude
• Ability to create a memorable and positive experience for every customer

Additional Details:

• Due to restrictions/requirements on the sale of particular products, all applicants must be 18 years or older at commencement.
• This position involves manual handling duties, requiring the ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg occasionally and 16 kg regularly, in accordance with safe work practices.
