Domaine Homes, part of the Campbell Property Group (CPG) — one of Australia’s leading residential construction and property development companies — is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Construction Administration Assistant to join our team in Beresfield, NSW.

Renowned for our quality homes, strong systems and collaborative culture, this role plays a critical part in supporting our construction team to deliver homes efficiently, accurately and on time.

What You’ll Do

Provide administrative support to Construction and Operations teamsAssist with documentation, data entry and file management across construction projectsPrepare and issue contracts, variations and purchase ordersCoordinate communications between internal teams, suppliers and tradesMaintain accurate records within internal systems and databasesSupport scheduling, reporting and general office administrationEnsure compliance with processes, policies and quality standardsManage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

About You

To be successful, you’ll bring:

Previous experience in an administration or construction support role (residential building preferred)Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skillsConfidence using MS Office and internal systems (construction management systems advantageous)Ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlinesClear communication skills and a professional, team-focused approachA proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and support the wider teamExperience with HubSpot or CMS platforms is advantageous but not essential
