We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers for Casual roles across Mudgee, Orange, and Bathurst.

A Day in the Role: Your Impact

As a Support Worker at Necessity Care, you will play a key role in supporting participants to achieve their goals and live their best life. Your responsibilities will include:

Empowering Independence

• Providing personalised support with daily living skills
• Assisting with personal care while promoting dignity and choice

Community & Social Participation

• Supporting participants to attend appointments, activities, and outings
• Encouraging skill development and community inclusion

Professional & Safe Support

• Completing daily case notes, shift reports, and required documentation
• Following participant support plans and organisational procedures

Essential Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Current NSW Driver’s Licence (and willingness to drive)
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC)
Availability for a 24/7 roster (including evenings & weekends)

Highly Regarded

• Certificate III/IV in Individual Support / Disability / Community Services
• Experience supporting participants with complex needs (e.g., behaviour support, personal care)
