With continued growth, we are seeking an Executive Assistant who can seamlessly combine administrative support, buyer assistance, and relationship-based prospecting. You'll be working alongside a leading female real estate agent in a fast-paced, high-performing business. This role suits someone organised, proactive, and service-driven, with a genuine interest in building a long-term real estate career.

The Role

• Manage calendars, contracts, compliance, and transaction deadlines

• Prepare buyer/seller packs and maintain databases

• Handle email correspondence and follow-ups

• Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, and service providers

• Support buyers with inspections, offers, and updates

• Follow up warm leads and maintain client relationships (no hard selling)

• Light, low-pressure prospecting

• General day-to-day errands

About You

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

• Professional communicator with a strong work ethic

• Comfortable with systems and follow-up

• Real estate experience preferred, not essential

• Certificate of Registration required
